Martin Coates
Martin joined James in 2006 after selling his own IT business.
Martin wears many hats and gets his fingers in everything from sales to support. One of the major hats Martin wears is his developer hat, having been developing websites since the very early noughties his vast experience in planning user experience and customer journeys is vital when mapping out larger websites. He is also mr functionality and likes to look at everything from the ‘worst case scenario’, and will look at any design and think what can go wrong – from this angle he helps fix possible flaws. Annoying but a very handy gift.
When he is at work or outside of work you’ll find a pair of headphones wrapped tightly to his ears. Listening to Techno and Tech House. Martin loves his music and enjoys the nightlife – making occasional trips to Ibiza. He loves to DJ and has some of his own mixes uploaded on Soundcloud. When the DJ headphones are off – the iPod is in and he’ll be running or Thai Boxing. Martin plays for the Impact 7 A Side football team as well as likes the occasional round of golf – he also tried to teach James, with little success.

If he wasn’t introduced to girls and drink he may of become a Pro golfer – his handicap dropped as low as 6 when he was 17. (He’s still pretty good now mind you)
